Arrangement of Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Rules Governing The Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Spring REIT has adopted electronic means for dissemination of Corporate Communications Note 1. Both English and Chinese versions of the Corporate Communications will be available on Spring REIT's website at www.springreit.com and HKEXnews website at www.hkexnews.hk .

1) Arrangements for registered unitholders

If a registered unitholder of Spring REIT wishes to receive all future Corporate Communications in printed form or receive email notification of the publication of all future Corporate Communications on Spring REIT’s website, the registered unitholder may complete the below Change Request Form and return it to Spring REIT’s unit registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited by post using the mailing label provided (stamp is not required if posted within Hong Kong. Otherwise, an appropriate stamp is needed) or by email at [email protected] .

2) Arrangements for non-registered unitholders

Non-registered unitholders Note 2 of Spring REIT who wish to receive email notification of the publication of Corporate Communications on Spring REIT’s website should liaise with their bank(s), broker(s), custodian(s), nominee(s) or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which their units are held (collectively, the “Intermediaries”) and provide their email address(es) to their Intermediaries.

If a non-registered unitholder of Spring REIT wishes to receive all future Corporate Communications in printed form, the non-registered unitholder may complete the below Request Form and return it to Spring REIT’s unit registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited by post using the mailing label provided (stamp is not required if posted within Hong Kong. Otherwise, an appropriate stamp is needed) or by email at [email protected] .


Notes:
  • 1. Corporate Communications refer to any document issued or to be issued by Spring REIT for information or action of unitholders of Spring REIT, including but not limited to annual report, interim report, notice of meeting, listing document, circular and proxy form.
  • 2. Non-registered unitholder means such person or company whose units of Spring REIT are held in the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) and who has notified Spring REIT from time to time through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to receive Corporate Communications.
